Stretch XL Freight respects your privacy and takes data protection seriously. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
When you request a freight quote, we collect shipment details (pickup/drop-off locations, freight type, weight, dimensions) and contact information (name, email, phone) so we can return a quote and coordinate pickup. When carriers sign up, we additionally collect DOT/MC numbers and insurance certificates to verify authority via FMCSA SAFER.
How we use it
We use shipment data solely to match you with verified carriers, generate quotes, and track your shipment through delivery. We use contact information to reach you about your quote and provide service updates. We do not sell your data to third parties. Period.
What we share
To book and run your freight, we share the minimum shipment information needed with the carrier you select (pickup/drop-off addresses, weight, dims, contact for delivery coordination). We may share aggregated, non-identifying market data (lane rates, service volumes) with partner load boards. We will share data with law enforcement only when legally required.
Cookies & tracking
We use essential cookies for login sessions and form submissions, plus Google Analytics for anonymous traffic patterns. We do not use tracking pixels across unaffiliated websites.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS 1.3 with HSTS. Session cookies are HttpOnly + Secure + SameSite=Lax. Card data is processed by our PCI-compliant gateway — we never store card numbers on our servers.
